Search boxes on this site are supplied by outside providers. Information entered into one of those tools goes to the provider that runs it. We do not maintain a Thomas County warrant database and do not assemble visitor searches into case files.

No Warrant Data on File
This site does not host, compile, sell, or maintain individual Thomas County warrant records. The pages describe where public records are held, including County Court, the District Court Clerk, the Sheriff, Nebraska JUSTICE, and the Nebraska Public Records Act. We are not a consumer reporting agency, and visitor information is not turned into a report about another person.
Third-Party Search Partners
Any sponsored search widget is controlled by its provider. That provider may set different retention, sharing, pricing, and account terms. Review the provider’s privacy notice before submitting a name, date of birth, or other information. An outside result is not an official court answer.

Pages may link to Thomas County offices, Nebraska Judicial Branch services, statutes, federal courts, and other resources. Once a visitor leaves this site, the destination’s policy controls. Government links can change their own forms, cookies, and data practices.

How We Protect Your Data
We use ordinary administrative and technical safeguards for information we control. Internet transmission is not perfectly secure, so no service can promise that a breach will never occur. Official warrant data is not stored here.
Users Under 18
This service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly request personal information from children under 18. A parent or guardian who believes a child sent information may use the published contact route to request review and deletion.
Your Data Rights
Nebraska does not provide one universal private-site data-rights code that applies to every visitor and every service. Other law may apply based on the visitor, provider, or transaction. A visitor may ask what information we control, request correction, request deletion where appropriate, or object to certain uses.
The Nebraska Public Records Act governs public records held by public bodies such as courts and counties. It does not turn this private site into the custodian of Thomas County court files.
Updates to This Policy
